How to make big moulds?
We can make 4000*4000*2000mm big moulds and the weight can reach 40 tonnages. If you want to know we make so big moulds. Kindly please see the pictures and some samples of moulds we have made.
Pic1, 2, 3 is the 5 Axis CNC machine. The process stroke is 4000mm but 8000mm long moulds can be put into. And what is 5 Axis? It means this machine can process moulds from 5 different directions not only X,Y,Z. You will find the mahce was processing steel from slope. Normal CNC can not do that. This is the big special.

Pic. 7. Mould spotting machine. We don't need people to spot the moulds manually.
Pic.8, 9,10 are the Long Horizontal Processing Machine. The stroke is 3500mm.
Pic. 11, 12 are hot runner for automotive moulds. The brand is Synventive. It's a very good hot runner system.
In addition, we also have high speed CNC machine (23000r/m), double head EDM (3500mm), deep-driller (2000mm).
